Well, here is my complaint! I just got a call from CS, they cannot replace the Chocolate Pewter Teapot as it got black marks on it, they no longer have any. And no replacement on Nellie's doll as it was broken in box. So, the doll just went into the garbage and now I got to BUY another one. sigh....

It's funny to see this post as I was about to vent about my order. I made a big order to tide me over for a while, well that's of course until the new year and when Jess comes [img]tongue.gif[/img] . But, I ordered 21 things in this order, and how many things had to be exchanged?! 9 things in total! I was already prepared to have this happen, as with almost any order I have made recently, I have had to exchange one thing or another.
Well, I got the stuff that was meant to replace the defective stuff, and suprise, suprise! There were still problems. And what really bothered me was I called to tell them about it and most of the time I get the most sweet and polite person, but not yesterday. The woman I spoke to was condescending and rude! In my order I had AGT #21 and twice she has had issues(slightly loose eyes both times and a loose leg the second time), and she was very rude and said that the people in shipping just put the items in a box and they don't check to see if it has "loose legs or loose eyes". First of all, I am very aware of this, and second of all I do not appreciate being talked to like I'm stupid! I was offended and very upset when I got off the phone. I hate making those types of phone calls in the first place and then to be talked to like that! Ugh! Also, she told me if the third doll had problems or the two outfits that need to be replaced as well, then someone would have to personally look at a doll to meet my expectations, or something along that line. What made me mad was you could just tell by her tone that she thought I was being silly. Well I'm not! I paid quite a bit of money to have something that is supposed to be good quality and I don't expect to be treated as though I'm a pain in the butt or ignorant. Let's just say I'm very disenchanted with AG right now. You can guarantee my future order will be done via a PS, especially Jess and any future doll. It seems like such a waste for them to have such poor quality control! They could save so much more money and headaches for everyone!

I would call or write The head of CS and tell them your problem. They keep all communication on your account on a computer and they can tell who you were speaking with. Let them see how much you spend with them and let the CS manager know how upset you are. I bet they will send you another Nellie doll and I bet they can find a chocolate set for you. I know if you insist they can look at their warehouse.
